Orbis' renewed fiber optic panels and cable assemblies
Orbis has revised its popular fiber optic panels to make them more user friendly. The improved properties include space saving, higher packaging density and easy installation with total packages. Our range of cable assemblies is now more comprehensive.
Orbis' range of fiber optic cable assemblies has been diversified. We offer now 12, 24, 48 or 96 fiber cables with connectors and lengths specified by the customer. Cable can include a pulling protection tube to facilitate installation. Customers can rely on the top quality of our products, because we use only the best components. The functionality of each cable is guaranteed by a measurement log.
Fiber optic panels are ready-to-assemble 19 inch panels for cross connection and splicing. There are three sizes of panels with depths of 120, 140 and 200 mm. The panel height is 1-2 U and it includes an impact protector. The panels have connections for 12 - 96 LC connectors or 12 - 48 SC connectors.
Orbis can assemble the panels with all the necessary options; customer-specified cable lengths, adapters and connectors. A 19" cross connection panel is always installed with adapters and patch cords. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, our production will always use the easy to handle Push-Pull LC connectors developed by Huber+Suhner as a default solution in LC products.
